Likes: Training Facilities are very good.Salary comes in time.

Dislikes: Very unorganised regarding site management.Though company have the scope of providing the needed assistance but management does work on jugaad method.Site manager normally convert the Facilities into his personal assets this is no more surprising.But the real issue is that the higher management is remained blind to this due to their layman method of running the systemm. Frequent I will say very frequent travel have to be performed. Though you have joined as service engineer you have to work like a daily wage labour and inspire of that you won't find the minimum facilities as daily labour like washing hands or drinking water facilities or even almost every time even though you work at site more than 12 or 14 hectic hours you have to wait for long hours for your company vehicle to go back from sites. As MIPD department mentioned deals with construction and mining site you work in dust and high temp where very small companies provide a/c vehicle but L&T provides KHATARA campers.no s

Likes: The best thing in my job is my team. All the team members are so helpful and provide continuous assistance throughout the year. And now about the company , it has provided us free account in one of the best learning website to enhance our skills.

Dislikes: Not much just one thing.. there is no such thing that we can choose in which technology we want to work. It would be great if the company ask our opinion before giving any project.

Likes: Company is to good to work for. Flexible timing or work from home if you have good manager.

Dislikes: Very less chance to learn new things. Very less technical training or given to only those who already have experience on that. Single digit hike.

Likes: My work is related to a trading tool in financial domain. It is a techno functional role.I work in a tool named murex as a datamart reporter.

Dislikes: The work culture isn't that good. Attitude of employees are grave with too much hierarchy followed.

Likes: I love my job work but there no job security and that company work on robotice.

Dislikes: They don't provide job security.

Likes: Grest culture, not stressful as other banks, great crowd

Dislikes: Do not come to depts like Service Quality if you want to grow.or even least be happy ever

Likes: Wipro is a great place to start a career

Dislikes: Bad management and lots of politics

Likes: The Company gives you enough chances to learn and grow.

Dislikes: But the 24*7 shifts are a real pain.

Likes: Learning. Work was enjoyable.

Dislikes: Salary. Growth opportunity.

Likes: Nothing to like about this company

Dislikes: Everything..... From the management to the employee everything is the worst....this company is enough to ruin ur carrier
