Can someone explain what’s going on at VMware?

I joined this organisation a few months ago,  from my observation folks who struggle at their job are the ones who form a group of similar people and indulge in gossip, they are always scheming and always on extra alert mode if anyone is listening to their conversation.

All this seems to be childish while observing from a distance. I think if you are unhappy with your job you should prepare and switch. I'm curious if other people have had similar observations.🤔

I really wanted to pursue my passion of Mathematics in the US. But was unable to do so.

I met this charismatic young woman, she was an Analyst in the Credit Underwriting Team. She reminded me of what I wanted but also of what I was scared to lose in her.

We continued to date for the next 6 months.  I had to start the process of getting my F1-visa for the US and when I told her about it she was extremely disheartened.

Recently caught up with a friend who works for an “employee friendly” HR tech company. This brand has been boasting about how great they are with the sort of employee benefits they offer. The founder specially keeps boasting about this on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Found out yesterday, that the employee benefits come at a cost of micro management and a toxic environment at the workplace.

Would you prefer:
1. Few employee benefits with no micromanagement? Or
2. More employee benefits at the cost of micromanagement?

Eight HR consultancy firms hired by BharatPe, are under investigation for using backdated invoices to siphon off funds for work they never did. These firms allegedly shared the same registered address with family members and relatives of BharatPe's co-founder, Ashneer Grover.

Investigators are also unable to trace many firms to which BharatPe has made vendor payments. These findings raise concerns about potential financial irregularities and the extent of the alleged fraud.

The investigation is ongoing. What more is yet to be revealed?
