Basically some of my work friends and I went to Thailand. 

So, I have a DailyObjects bag. I use this primarily for carrying towel, undergarments, swimsuit, sunscreen etc. Another colleague of mine has the same bag with the same colour. He accidentally took my bag and I took his. I called to tell him about it and it was too late. 

His wife, who found my undergarments in his bag is assuming I'm trying to steal her husband. 

Despite attempts to explain the mistake, she continues to call and react aggressively. How should I handle this situation?

I feel Loneliness is growing in the corporate world, People go to office, sit, work, eat and come back home. Whenever I look up while working I only see sad neutral faces and full silence, just hear keyboard sound.

What kind of dating or social networking apps could be developed to specifically cater to the unique needs and preferences of Indian professionals, potentially fostering connections and workplace romances?

Love is in the air, or at least it seems that way in our office. We've got a couple who've been inseparable since day one, constantly sharing their love story with anyone who'll listen. 

While it's heartwarming to see colleagues find love amidst spreadsheets and cubicles, their never-ending conversations are starting to feel like a one-woman romantic comedy on repeat, and I'm not the actress playing the lead role.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I can't hear this same love story the whole day. It starts to feel like I am stuck in a time loop.🫤

I really wanted to pursue my passion of Mathematics in the US. But was unable to do so.

I met this charismatic young woman, she was an Analyst in the Credit Underwriting Team. She reminded me of what I wanted but also of what I was scared to lose in her.

We continued to date for the next 6 months.  I had to start the process of getting my F1-visa for the US and when I told her about it she was extremely disheartened.
Joined in management consulting instead of pursuing a US education.

Have faith. Everything will turn out to be okay. Trust the process

Ugh, feelings can be so confusing, especially when it involves someone you work with. I'm in a bit of a pickle myself. I've developed a crush on my junior, who also happens to be my direct report.

I know, I know... It's complicated. The thought of telling him how I feel terrifies me. What if he judges me? What if it makes things awkward at work? We have a good professional relationship, and I don't want to jeopardize that.

My heart tells me to go for it, but my mind holds me back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I'm at a loss.

So somebody asked me "Is workplace romance worth punishing?" 🤔
IMO... Why would romance be worth punishing? Yes, it can be prohibited for several reasons but punishing is a strong word.

Only logical solution is that one of the two will have to transfer to another workplace or department. It is on the couple to decide. It is not punishment but acknowledgment of the terms of joining the office.

What is your take on this?

One of my friend's colleague has been married for 5 years and has two children. She is starting to feel like her marriage is in a rut and is looking for something more. 🤫

Hey everyone! I need your advice on a work situation that's making me blush and turn into a nervous wreck! I have a one-on-one meeting with my manager today, and I swear, every time he's around, I can't help but turn bright red and feel like I'm under a spotlight.🙈

I'm worried that my manager might have noticed my obvious blushing. Also, He's been acting a bit more understanding lately, and I'm scared he might ask me directly about my feelings. What if he doesn't feel the same way? What if it makes things awkward at work? I'm a total mess! 🤯

Ugh, I think I'm falling for my manager! This is literally the last thing I ever wanted, but it's like my heart has a mind of its own. These feelings are growing stronger each day, and it's getting harder to keep them under wraps. 

Everything he says resonates with me on a whole new level, and it's starting to mess with my focus at work. I find myself striving for greater achievements just to catch his eye, but then any criticism stings a hundred times worse. I'm so conflicted and emotionally drained. What on earth should I do? 😩

I've noticed a couple in my office who seem to be quite reserved and keep to themselves. They rarely interact with their colleagues, and it almost seems like they've created their own little world within the office walls. 

Some people might misinterpret their behaviour as aloof or even hostile, but I believe it's more likely that they're simply introverted and prefer their own company.

I want to assure them that it's perfectly okay to be a couple in the workplace, and there's no need to feel like they're being judged or scrutinized. What should I do?

Oh, The classic nibba-nibbi duo at my workplace.🤣They're like Shinchan's Yoshirin and Micchi, inseparable even for a nanosecond. 

It's like they're attached by an invisible umbilical cord of clinginess. If one is in a meeting, the other is lurking outside the door like a lost puppy waiting for its owner. 

And don't even think about talking to a male colleague, even if it's work-related, because the female nibbi will unleash her inner territorial lioness.🤦‍♀️

 I guess my workplace is now the equivalent of a rom-com, filled with awkward moments 🤣
