The cubicle culture is a relic of the past. It's outdated, bad for mental health, not productive and It's not even fair to employees.

Last week, I was invited to a weekend event to celebrate a project anniversary. While I understand the organizer's desire for a high turnout, I couldn't shake the feeling that my personal time was being invaded. 🙅‍♀️
